I used the common app to highlight all my involvements in high school and had a 2020 SAT(1330 on the old one)and a 3.9 GPA and a ton of extracurriculars (4 years of track and XC, 3 years of of basketball, Anchor CLub, Best buddies, the list goes on). Be long winded - but only where it's true and relevant.
And don't be afriad to brag! this is your time to show off. Marist is getting more and more competitve every year, so buckle down and study for those SATs and finals (even after you've been accepted - there are such things as "unaccepted letters" you know), but don't get so caught up in school work that you don't live your life. Marist looks for well-rounded individuals who are active citzens capable of independent thought. Be confident. Be you.
